MBC eCal Service Policy

We at Memory Bank Computers (MBC) pride ourselves on providing the best customer experience by offering quality products and services. If for some reason you encounter a problem with your new Lenovo system, we would like the opportunity to work with you to resolve your issues and ensure that your experience with MBC leaves you delighted.

In an attempt to always provide the highest level of customer satisfaction here are a few things you should be mindful of.

Before your system is delivered to our depots, we advise that all data is backed up as MBC is not responsible for any loss of data as a result of your system being recovered.

 

Once your system has been received:


You will be given a signed copy of our Service Work Sheet detailing the issues as reported

Kindly be advised that the Service Work Sheet issued MUST be returned to us TO RELEASE the laptop to you as part of our Service Policy.

In instances where you (the owner) are not able to collect the unit, a signed letter of consent authorized by the owner must accompany this Service Work Sheet if the unit is to be released to any other person other than registered owner stored within our Customer Database.
